Every time God is leading you to do something or say something, and you did nothing, you are doing the sin of Adam. The sin that damned the whole world.
III. The consequences- separation
Between man and woman-Nakedness is no longer an indication of perfect intimacy but now of shame (v7)

2. Between God and creation
And they heard the voice of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God amongst the trees of the garden.
Plural- children of Satan are always in conflict with the children of God
Singular- Jesus will crush the serpents (Satan's) head

In the Home
The husband's loving humble headship tends to be replaced by domination or passivity. The wife's intelligent willing submission tends to be replaced by usurpation or servility.
In the Church
In the church sin inclines men toward a worldly love of power or an abdication of spiritual responsibility. Sin inclines women to resist limitations on their roles or neglect the use of their gifts in appropriate ministries
